The THCA Misunderstandings facts VS Fiction

The THCA Misunderstandings facts VS Fiction

Smoking THCA is a mystery to some. Here it is, in the last few months I have realized THCA has been our friend this whole time. Perhaps the future of cannabis is in the oil, but as for now, we are still etching the road the Cannabis Freedom in, & out the courts. As Kentucky gets ready to begin cultivating the business roadmap of medical cannabis, what will be the outcome...now that THCA is already in the picture?

LMC Says it best, "the toothpaste is already out the tube-". The racial ideology, played such a major role in criminalizing a plant no study's where made. All the rule makers knew at the point of drafting legislation was delta 9 was a "feel good" molecule. They spiced it up, gave Harry Anslinger the green light to run his mouth sideways, made reefer madness and ran with that shit.

Here is 5 quotes from o'l Harry-

  1. "Marijuana is the most violence-causing drug in the history of mankind."
  2. "Reefer makes darkies think they're as good as white men."
  3. "There are 100,000 total marijuana smokers in the US, and most are Negroes, Hispanics, Filipinos, and entertainers. Their Satanic music, jazz and swing, result from marijuana use. This marijuana causes white women to seek sexual relations with Negroes, entertainers, and any others."
  4. "Most marijuana smokers are Negroes, Hispanics, Filipinos, and entertainers. Their satanic music, jazz, and swing, result from marijuana use. This marijuana causes white women to seek sexual relations with Negroes, entertainers, and others."
  5. "The primary reason to outlaw marijuana is its effect on the degenerate races."

Let us not sleep on the fact, he had major supporters who drafted the laws that shaped the future of the prison walls. Here are a few supporters and how they played a role in the era of reefer Madness- THCA is COMING UP DO NOT TRIP

  1. Franklin D. Roosevelt (FDR): Anslinger served as the head of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics under several administrations, including that of President Roosevelt. His policies aligned with the administration's stance on drug control.

  2. Senator Morris Sheppard: Sheppard was a prominent figure in the drafting and passage of the Marihuana Tax Act of 1937, which effectively criminalized marijuana at the federal level. Anslinger worked closely with Sheppard to promote anti-marijuana legislation.

  3. Congressman Samuel B. Pettengill: Pettengill was a supporter of Anslinger's efforts to criminalize marijuana and played a key role in the passage of the Marihuana Tax Act.

  4. Senator Homer T. Bone: Bone was a strong advocate for anti-narcotics legislation and supported Anslinger's initiatives to combat drug use and trafficking.

  5. Congressman Robert L. Doughton: Doughton was the chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee and played a crucial role in advancing the Marihuana Tax Act through Congress. He collaborated with Anslinger to promote the bill.

These individuals, among others in Congress and the executive branch, supported Anslinger's efforts to enact strict drug control policies and criminalize substances like marijuana.

Fast forward to this foundation of legislation get's it's moment to shine, farm Bill. The Farm Bill legalized hemp production, it did not explicitly legalize THCA (tetrahydrocannabinolic acid), which is the precursor to THC found in raw cannabis plants. However, the legalization of hemp opened up opportunities for the extraction and processing of various cannabinoids, including THCA, from hemp plants.

Under the Farm Bill, hemp is defined as cannabis plants and derivatives containing no more than 0.3% THC by dry weight. This distinction is crucial because THCA itself is not psychoactive until it is heated and decarboxylated into THC. As long as hemp-derived products, including those containing THCA, comply with the legal definition of hemp and contain less than 0.3% THC, they are considered legal under federal law.

It is technically a crime once it has been lit. But by then, who's the wiser, also it is sold in many stores right here in Kentucky. Some reputable companies include Hello Mood, Boston's Buds, and Tyson Ranch 2.0 . I'd see fit to draw the correlation that the saturation of self pride, hindered basic knowledge being uncovered, allowing a moment to allow new ways to enjoy the plant, no matter if this was intentional, or not. As you listen to this podcast be sure to keep an open mind, and think about ordering some THCA Today! You won't be disappointed.
