Cookies launched their own site to buy seeds. Yes!! A Cookies seedbank. For those that love the Cookies brand and love to grow their own, this was going to certainly bring a few tears of joy! 
It was a bit more than just tears of joy and social media hype. Their original launch got fumbled due to the overwhelming amount of site traffic. They had a danm re-launch. Berner has been on point with keeping us up to date and the Cookies team has been quick to email you quick to make it clear the launch is still happening.

This is a possible result from not enough servers. Are they trying to build hype around the fact...nobody can access the site, as if the seedbank shut the internet down? No, they not only experienced this earlier today - Cookies Relaunched. The fact it's happening again is merely underestimation on the planning end of things.
Perhaps a few hundred people did get their orders in we don't know.
